According to a recent report, Mercedes will introduce an S-Class Coupe concept at the Frankfurt Motor Show.Nothing is official, but Auto Motor und Sportsays it will be a "near production" concept that closely previews the upcoming model.

More interestingly, the magazine's spy photographers snapped interior photos of a prototype with a key fob that read "CL 217." This could imply the car will retain the CL-Class moniker, instead of adopting the S-Class Coupe name.

On the topic of spy photos, the pictures also revealed the model will have a traditional steering wheel as well as a revised dashboard that eschews the wood trim and analogue clock.

Engine options will likely carryover from the S-Class so expect a 4.7-liter V8 that produces 455 HP (335 kW) and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque. There could also be a twin-turbo V6, a twin-turbo V8 and a couple of V12s.

Le CL mi hanno sempre dato l'impressione delle auto giuste per il baronetto che vuole guidare nel fine settimana per raggiungere il proprio iot ?

La parte posteriore fa molto bmw serie 6 ma nel complesso mi sembra bella. Se fosse così sarebbe la prima classe S coupè definibile "bella" dai tempi della SEC anni '80.
