Ritardo Navigatore BMW 7 E65

Salve,

ho il seguente problema:

quando accendo la macchina la prima volta, ad esempio di mattina, il navigatore ci mette circa 10-15 minuti per partire. Qualche volta può anche succedere che esca il messaggio d'errore, che dice: "Manca CD carte stradali".

Quando tolgo e riinserisco il CD si mette tutto a posto.

Conoscete qualche rimedio per risolvere questo ritardo?

Il DVD mappe è originale o copia?

Se è originale e c'è questo ritardo è il modulo CCC o CIC che è rotto. Sostituzione completa.
