Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®, Ram Brands Announce Partnership to Drive America’s 250th Anniversary Celebration

  • Brands debut “America Made Us” campaign across social media channels to launch the yearlong America250 celebration
  • Brands will provide fleet of vehicles that move America250 official events across the country
  • Limited-edition America250 vehicles will soon be revealed across the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep® and Ram brands
  • An America250-themed building wrap will be revealed at the Stellantis North America headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan, ahead of Memorial Day
  • Jeep brand was recently recognized as Most Patriotic Brand for 24th consecutive year by Americans
May 22, 2025 , Auburn Hills, Mich. - The Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep® and Ram brands today announced their partnership with America250, the bipartisan organization charged by Congress to lead the commemoration of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. These leading American brands will serve collectively as exclusive automotive sponsors of America250, joining a growing group of corporations supporting programming to engage 350 million Americans for this monumental milestone.

Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram – part of the iconic automotive brand portfolio of Stellantis – launched its “America Made Us” campaign video today across their social media channels in acknowledgment of the yearlong celebration.

“Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram are among the most iconic American brands and will be key partners in helping America250 literally drive our programs and mission forward,” said Rosie Rios, chair of America250. “As we commemorate 250 years of our nation’s journey, this partnership represents the power of collaboration between the public and private sectors to engage communities across the country and around the world in meaningful and inspiring ways.”

"Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram brands hold a special place in the hearts of many Americans, whether it’s the stirring ‘Imported from Detroit’ campaign, which cast a spotlight on an American city that rose from the ashes, or Ram's ‘God Made a Farmer,’ which paid homage to American farm workers and their families,” said Olivier Francois, global chief marketing officer. “America — its people, its traditions, its history — inspire everything we do, how we do it and the way we dream about our next 250 years together. Our ‘America Made Us’ will be a yearlong campaign celebrating America's 250th anniversary and the people who have made, and continue to make, our brands what they are today."

Finding the right voice to tell the story behind the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram brands was pivotal for Francois. He and his team went back to the iconic “Imported from Detroit” Chrysler film and narrator Kevin Yon, who passed away in 2018. With approval from Yon’s family, Francois’ team used AI with past recordings of Yon’s voice to bring the “America Made Us” video to life.

Said Francois, “Fourteen years later, we still consider Kevin and his voice legendary within our walls, the one behind our company’s comeback anthem in 2011, and so for us, there was no better voice to announce this historic partnership.”

Each of the four iconic U.S. brands will play a central role in the yearlong America250 celebration, which includes providing a fleet of vehicles that move America250 official events across the country. In addition, the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram brands will each reveal a limited-edition A250 vehicle within their portfolio to commemorate the yearlong celebration.

To mark the launch of the “America Made Us” campaign, Stellantis will debut an America250-themed building wrap at its North America headquarters in Auburn Hills, Michigan, ahead of Memorial Day. The brands will announce additional activations, creative campaigns and other ways this partnership will come to life in the coming year.

Powering American Roads

Chrysler brand
Chrysler, founded by Walter P. Chrysler in Detroit in 1925, observes its 100th anniversary on June 6, celebrating a century of innovation. Chrysler made its automotive mark as the inventor of products that delivered beautiful designs, innovative features, high quality and comfort, accessible for the mainstream market. The 1955 Chrysler 300 was an icon of American luxury and Chrysler created the modern minivan more than 40 years ago, serving the family mobility segment in which the brand lays claim to the best-selling minivan in America, the Chrysler Pacifica. As Chrysler brand positions itself for the future, the brand honors its legacy of delivering innovation and modern designs, described as Harmony in Motion and demonstrated throughout the Chrysler Halcyon concept.

Dodge brand
Brothers John and Horace Dodge’s independent spirit led them to the streets of Detroit more than 110 years ago, where together they would build a reputation and a company that would become known for American muscle. “Domestic, but not domesticated,” Dodge today represents a celebration of speed, strength and the unapologetic pursuit of pure American automotive excitement. The Dodge Brothers' rebellious spirit is emblazoned into the DNA of every Dodge vehicle, which now includes America’s most powerful muscle car – the Dodge Charger Daytona – setting it apart from every other automaker competing in the category.

Jeep brand
There is no other brand that symbolizes America quite like Jeep. Instantly recognizable, defended by a passionate community around the world and woven into the very fabric of freedom, the legendary off-road adventure brand was born in battle and has been celebrated as an icon of authenticity and rugged capability for more than 80 years. Debuting in WWII, the original freedom machine hasn’t just joined the fight but joined the ranks, becoming the only vehicle to ever win a Purple Heart. As the country’s most patriotic brand for 24 years straight, Jeep proudly assembles iconic vehicles, like the Jeep Wrangler, Jeep Gladiator, Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer, and America’s most awarded SUV, the Jeep Grand Cherokee, all in America.

Ram brand
Ram continues to deliver the trucks Americans demand, offering a full lineup of light-duty and heavy-duty trucks and ProMaster vans that address every need across the country. The brand fully embodies its “Nothing Stops Ram” ethos, a spirit powerfully captured in the iconic God Made A Farmer Super Bowl film, which honors the dedication of American farmers, and in the film Twisters, where Ram once again proves its commitment to building trucks tough enough to weather any storm and tackle any task.

Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram, join Coca-Cola, Walmart, Meta and other major America250 sponsors in building nationwide momentum for the 250th anniversary.

The “America Made Us” video was created in partnership with creative agency GSD&M.

America250
America250’s mission is to celebrate and commemorate the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, marking America’s semiquincentennial. We aim to inspire our fellow Americans to reflect on our past, strengthen our love of country, and renew our commitment to the ideals of democracy through programs that educate, engage, and unite us as a nation. America250 will foster shared experiences that spark imagination, showcase the rich tapestry of our American stories, inspire service in our communities, honor the enduring strength, and celebrate the resilience of the United States of America.

Ho la vaga impressione che con questa storia dei Peugeot che si tirano indietro da Stellantis siate ripartiti per la tangente come accade spesso….

VAUXHALL ANNOUNCES STEVE CATLIN AS ITS NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR
  • Steve Catlin appointed Vauxhall Managing Director
  • ‘Once driven, forever smitten’: Steve is no stranger to Vauxhall, having started his career at the brand over two decades ago
  • With former leadership roles at SEAT, Audi, and Volvo, Catlin brings vast experience to the Managing Director position
  • Steve aims to build upon Vauxhall’s industry leading progress, with a fully electric version of every car and van model in its line-up, and help to electrify Britain

Vauxhall is pleased to announce the return of Steve Catlin as its new Managing Director.

Steve returns to the red Griffin having started his distinguished career at Vauxhall over two decades ago as a Performance Analyst and worked his way up to Retail Sales Director by 2012. Following his departure in 2015, he’s taken a scenic route through the automotive industry, clocking up leadership roles at Saab, SEAT, Audi, and most recently steering Volvo Car Financial Services UK as MD.

But ‘once driven, forever smitten’ as the famous 90s Vauxhall advertising slogan attests, and Steve is back, this time in the driving seat to steer the brand as it embarks on its electric era and powers forward on its mission to make EVs more accessible and attainable for Britain.

Steve Catlin, Managing Director, Vauxhall, said: “It’s great to be back working with Vauxhall, which has always been a brand close to my heart. A lot has changed since I was last here and not just the décor, but the motor industry as a whole. However, Vauxhall has always stood for practical innovation with a distinctly British voice. Now, with a fully electric line-up and a clear sense of purpose, it’s a brilliant time to be part of the journey. I’m looking forward to building on the progress we’ve made and the exciting road ahead.”

Eurig Druce, Group Managing Director, Stellantis UK, added: “Steve brings deep experience across the industry and a strong understanding of Vauxhall’s role in shaping the future of British mobility. Vauxhall, a home brand for Stellantis UK must return to growth and I am confident Steve will lead the teams in a positive trajectory.”

Steve’s arrival at Vauxhall comes as the brand builds on a monumental year with milestones such as offering a fully electric version of every car and van it builds, the Vauxhall Corsa remaining the UK’s best-selling supermini, and becoming the first UK manufacturer to offer electric and petrol hybrid versions of the same car for an identical list price with the New Frontera.

In 2024, Vauxhall sold over 15,000 electric vehicles, becoming the leading electric brand across the Retailer Network. With Steve onboard as Managing Director, Vauxhall is ready to return to growth.
