This particular 2023 Jeep Wagoneer LWB tester appears to be the Series III with the Advanced All-Terrain Group, judging by the vehicle’s wheels and tires. The Wagoneer with the Advanced All-Terrain Group is the most off-road-oriented package available for the new Wagoneer nameplate. Unfortunately, unlike other Jeep SUVs, the Wagoneer is not “Trail Rated”.

The Wagoneer Series III with the Advanced All-Terrain Package is aimed squarely at offerings from Ford with its new Expedition FX4 Off-Road and the GMC’s off-road-oriented Yukon AT4. This new LWB version of the Wagoneer Series III is looking to steal sales away from those vehicles’ LWB variants in particular.

It appears that the new 2023 Jeep Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer LWB models, will make their debut at the 2022 New York International Auto Show (NYIAS) this next month. Our sources have indicated that the LWB models will also join the introduction of the all-new 3.0-liter GME-T6 High-Output (H.O.) inline-six-cylinder engine under the hood of the WS twins.
