La più bella (insieme a 156) ed elegante D degli anni 90 ridotta a questi livelli.

Non dovrebbe essere la Nanjing 75 ma la SAIC 75 che è in stato più avanzato di realizzazione grazie alla consulenza della Ricardo.

La SAIC dovrebbe comparire già da primavera 07, mentre la Nanjing è un po più indietro nella messa a punto e dovrebbe comparire nell'autunno 2007.

I diritti del marchio Rover sono stati acquistatati da SAIC da BMW a luglio ma all'ultimo memento Ford ha fato valere la sua opzione sul marchio.

Mentre Nanjing venderà con il marchio MG è da vedere con quale marchio SAIC venderà la sua 75.
