Io uso l'open-source Paint.NET, qundo non posso contare su Photoshop.

Non mi è capitato di recente di doverci salvare trasparenze, ma credo che non abbia problemi a farlo.

Se hai pazienza di aspettare un paio di giorni, lunedì controllo come si comporta con la modifica e l'esportazione delle GIF e dei PNG. ;)
