Spy Shot: Citroen C6

Here are the best shots yet of the Citroen C6 - the car that is intended to pick up where the much-maligned XM left off in 2000.

Lignage lineage: Scheduled to go on sale in 2006, the C6 shown here is clearly the successor to the C6 Lignage concept car of 1999; it has a very long wheelbase, a raked profile and sweeping bonnet, though we can't see under the disguises yet to discern whether the concept's concave rear window will make it to the production version.

Peugeot platform: Built on a lengthened version of the Peugeot 407's platform, the C6 will be a similar size to the 607 but unlike that car, could come in five-door luxury hatch form (think Renault Vel Satis and Vauxhall/Opel Signum), not just as a booted saloon.

Kitted out: Expect a very high level of gadgets and luxuries; the show car was fitted with head-up displays, infra-red night vision and adaptive headlamps, and some of those features at least will make it into the real thing.

Esatto, mi sa che gli si era sfondato il lunotto ed è andato in un' officina Fiat a farsi sostituire il pezzo.
