A causa di un problema di sicurezza, le autorità francesi hanno disposto il richiamo e il ritiro dagli scaffali del casco Givi HPS X.08 perché, in caso di impatto, la capacità di assorbimento non è sufficiente. Il casco, inoltre, non è conforme al regolamento UNECE n. 22
