(ANSA) - NEW DELHI, 12 FEB - Agusta Westland e Tata Son hanno firmato a Bangalore un memorandum per la formazione di una compagnia indiana in joint venture. La nuova societa' realizzera' in India l'assemblaggio finale della linea dell'elicottero Aw-119. L'accordo e' stato sottoscritto, nell'ambito della manifestazione Air Show sul mondo dell'aviazione, dall'amministratore delegato di Agusta Westland, Giuseppe Orsi e da Ratan Tata, presidente dell'omonimo gruppo e di tata Sons.

Incredibile l'espansione del gruppo Tata.

Da un lato è una bella notizia, ma dall'altro dispiace che anche le produzioni ad altissima tecnologia vengano man mano delocalizzate nei paesi in via di sviluppo (come successo già ad Airbus, che ha installato in Cina una nuova linea produttiva che si occuperà anch'essa dell'assemblaggio finale degli A320).
