Per avvicinare l'immagine della IS a quella più sportiva e aggressiva della ambita IS F è ora possibile acquistare il pacchetto F-Sport. Il nuovo allestimento prevede la griglia del radiatore e lo spoiler posteriore in stile IS F, oltre agli esclusivi cerchi in lega da 18". Se a questo si aggiunge che la gamma 2010 offre nuove tonalità di colore carrozzeria e che gli interni F-Sport prevedono sedili sportivi, finiture e colori simili a quelli della 8 cilindri, l'aspetto della berlina di lusso può assumere un aspetto inedito, pur senza ricorrere ad un vero restyling.
