Problema invio posta outlook express

Ho da poco cambiato operatore telefonico, da infostrada a tiscali, e l'unico problema che ho è questo: ho un account Alice che non riesce a inviare mail tramite outlook! Immagino che qualcosa nelle impostazioni sia da cambiare, cosa che ho fatto ma non ho risolto! Mentre per le mail in ricezione non c'è problema!

Smtp smtp.tiscali.it

le porte sono 25 e 110 come indicato sul sito Tiscali Tiscali Assistenza - - Posta elettronica
