IS Sport

Lexus is introducing a new Sport edition for the CT and IS in Europe starting this month. Scheduled to debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show, the new special edition models bring styling enhancements that give the CT and IS a sportier appearance.

Available for the Lexus IS 200t, IS 300h and CT 200h, Sport models bring exclusive exterior and interior visual design features, bridging the gap between regular models and the F Sport versions.

The Lexus CT 200h Sport adds 16- and 17-inch black alloy wheels, black capped door mirrors, a black finish to both the spindle grille and its frame surround, and a black rear diffuser. Lexus also offers an optional black roof finish that can be combined with any of the nine available exterior colors which include Sonic Titanium, Sonic White, Silver, Red and Graphite Black. In the cabin, the compact hatchback gains an exclusive fabric/Tahara trim.

A similar package is offered for the the Lexus IS 200t Sport and IS 300h Sport, which gain exclusive black five-spoke 18-inch alloy wheels, black door mirror caps and a black spindle grille finish. Lexus offers a choice of eight exterior colors, including Sonic White, Red, Satin Silver and Starlight Black.

The interiors of IS Sport models are upholstered in black fabric/Tahara trim and feature Moon Stone inserts to the door trim and seat side bolsters highlighted with contrasting stitching.

Stendiamo un velo pietoso su entrambe...

Piu che altro non capisco il perchè di sto allestimento quando già hanno lo F-Sport.

La terza foto della IS, quella dall'alto, è una normale Luxury che non c'entra niente con le altre.

Comunque davvero, non mi aspettavo da Lexus una caratterizzazione così povera...potevano chiamarla "BLACK" visto che le uniche differenziazioni (pessime su questa che come su qualsiasi altra auto imho) sono: cerchi, inserti finiture interne, cover specchietti e sottoparaurti posteriore verniciati in nero.
