Molto probabile che il font sia disegnato ad Hoc come se fosse un logo,

normalmente per operazioni di questa dimensione allo studio grafico si richiede un vero e proprio studio di logo adatto al marchio e all'auto e anche quando vedi delle semplici scritte sono in realta disegnate, spesso anche partendo da font esistenti modificandoli ma dubito che troverai il vero e proprio font a meno che non lo trovi direttamente dalla Lancia o da chi l'ha disegnato
