Parere su eventuale acquisto E200 Cabrio 1995

Ho la possibilità di acquistare sotto i 10mila € una E200 Cabrio del 1995 che sembra ben tenuta (2 proprietari ad oggi).
La capote è stata sostituita integralmente 2 anni fa e la macchina risulta perfettamente funzionante e non consuma né acqua né olio.
Carrozzeria e interni piuttosto in ordine considerata l'età del veicolo.
Nessun incidente e motore in realtà mai revisionato in toto tagliandi a parte.
L'unico dubbio è relativo al Km oltre i 350mila.
In generale cosa ne pensate? E' possibile che un così elevato chilometraggio possa ridurre il valore del veicolo in futuro?
