Comunque c'e da stare attenti che la Chrysler non fara alla FIAT cosa ha fatto la FIAT alla GM (:D), con l'opzione della maggioranza, ma credo che l'accordo con Chrysler e tutta un altra cosa...

Non penso che ci siano clausole vincolanti per le quali Fiat sarà obbligata a rilevare la casa americana.

Penso che intendesse dire: «Se la FIAT fa questo accordo con la Crhysler non è obbligata ad annullare tutti gli altri.»

la cosa che non mi torna è cosa centrerebbe la Chrysler per la produzione in USA della 500...a quella, per ovvi motivi (legassi Ford KA), dovrebbe pensarci la Ford...o sbaglio?
