Scusate se riuppo il topo :) ma volevo chiedervi: ho 3 tuorli vaganti in frigo, cosa potrei farci (escludendo creme e zabaioni)? :pensa:

zuppetta stracciatella...praticamente brodo caldo, uova, parmiggiano e se vuoi anche un po' di pastina

oppure degli gnocchi alla parigina, farina, burro, latte (se li vuoi più leggeri acqua) e le uova (bastano anche solo i tuorli), li cuoci in acqua poi in forno con besciamella e sono pronti.
