Nel 2010 Geely ha acquistato Volvo Cars, la società che produce autovetture a marchio Volvo. Ora tocca a tutto il "restante".

Volvo AB è la holding che detiene la divisione BUS, Truck e Mezzi movimento terra.

Stamani Geely ha acquistato le quote azionarie di  Cevian Capital, di cui Christer Gardell è proprietario. Con il 8.2 % della quota partecipante al totale pacchetto azionario ed il 15,6% di quelle con diritto di voto, Geely acquisisce un altro pezzo di storia svedese.

Dunque, anche Renault Truck Defense, che e proprieta di Volvo Truck sara Cinese !?
