Credo che verrà impostato in questa maniera il gruppozzo sui SUV:

Seg. A: Fiat Panda 4x4 - Jeep "rebadge" Panda in versione limitata (tipo Fiat Cross)???

Seg. B: Fiat 500X - Jeep "miniSuv"

Seg. C: Chrysler/Lancia SUV o Fiat/Dodge SUV - Jeep New Compass

Seg. D: Alfa Romeo "Sportcross" - Jeep New Cherokee

Seg. E: Maserati Levante - Jeep Gran Cherokee

Lasciando stare l'idea di una Jeep "Panda" dai numeri piccoli, il segmento C dei SUV mi sembra aperto ad una delle combinazioni.

Trattasi del modello attuale che a quanto pare fin'ora non avrà eredi.

Italian automaker Alfa Romeo has announced plans to introduce an SUV by the end of 2015, confirming rumors that have been around for a while now.

The information was revealed by Damien Dally, head of Alfa Romeo UK, at the Telegraph Festival of Motoring. “There will certainly be an SUV in the next two or three years,” Dally said, adding that Fiat Group’s ownership of Jeep has given Alfa Romeo access to a “whole portofolio of technologies”.

While no other details have been released, it’s more than clear that the future Alfa Romeo SUV will be based on the lemon-sucking Jeep Cherokee we’ve been laughing at. Only because of its looks and because we’re plain rude from now and then.

As we already told you on several occasions, the new Jeep Cherokee shares its platform with the Dodge Dart and the Alfa Romeo Giulietta. So it’s more than natural to assume that the 2016 SUV could sports the same technology as them company’s compact sedan.

Most likely, the vehicle will be offered in both front and four-wheel-drive versions, but it will take a little while longer before the first official informations surface. We’ll keep you updated.

mah...alla fine il Cherokee l'han presentato...e a Mirafiori gira già un preserie camuffato del Cherokee definitivo....potrebbe essere sul serio che sia un prototipo per la meccanica del SUV Alfa...poi non lo so...

Vediamo girare le Giuliette Rialzai da così tanto tempo che non mi stupirei se qualcuna stesse provando le specifiche Alfa Romeo.

Vecchissimo mulo con meccanica Cherokee e figli (quindi ovviamente anche il SUV Alfa) come ne sono già stati fotografati sia in piemonte che in altre località europee già parecchi mesi fa.

Questo qui a occhio ha sulle spalle qualche centinaia di migliaia di km.
