secondo me Meglio un v8 Ferrari del Nettuno, che è un propulsore con i fiocchi ma non è all'altezza dei powertrain del Cavallino

Il V8 Ferrari sarà dismesso tra non molti anni.

Ferrari inoltre non ha più nulla a che fare con FCA e manco meno con Stellantis sia per volontà di Stellantis che per volontà di Ferrari.

In Stellantis tra Modena e Torino ci sono le capacità ed il know-how per progettare e sviluppare motori propri senza dover comprare da un fornitore esterno.

Ma sulla base di quali parametri "non è all'altezza dei powertrain del cavallino"? il fatto che mancano 2 cilindri? 
210 cv/l. doppia iniezione, precamera di combustione, carter secco.. 

Il motore è l'ultimo dei problemi. Manca una visione e un posizionamento adeguato.

In questi ultimi 3 anni si sono completamente sputtanati con modelli sfacciatamente costosi e molto scialbi.

È un marchio da ricostruire e sarà molto faticoso farlo.

As I remember he promised AR customization from famous carrozzerie, something like a special coachbuilder program. 
Or the story with Tonale, when he complained about handling and postponed the production for 1 year of the ready model.

It is not coachbuilding, it is a separate model. Coachbuilding should propose special bodies using standard chassis. Look at Nuvola as an example or Sportiva Evoluta. For coachbuilding should be created special chassis intended only for this purpose. 

Sometimes I wonder if I would want to work with individuals like Imparato, Tavares, or even Trump. Would I want them as colleagues, managers, or would I consider hiring them?
To be honest, they would not pass an interview if I were the hiring manager. I would raise concerns with HR about their behavior, particularly their tendency to lie consistently. These are individuals I find it difficult to trust, even based solely on their appearance.

They're all just following instructions.
