It's actually a common habit in the USA, I think. Automatics are cheaper or the same price as manuals most of the time. Even so, ZF9HP being $1500 cheaper than a manual is crazy.

It isn't crazy. They sold more automatic cars and so they are cheaper than manual car. :mrgreen:
