The Passat B8 is currently available in sedan and wagon body styles but in the next few years these will be joined by a sleeker CC and a rugged Alltrack. The announcement was made by the company's chief designer Klaus Bischoff in a Volkswagen employee newsletter but an exact launch date was not specified.

According to Car & Driver, the current CC will remain in production for approximately two years so its successor will likely come in the second half of 2016 and will be commercialized in United States.

Spero tirino fuori un'altra bella vettura. Attualmente la primissima versione, quella che si chiamava ancora Passat, continua a piacermi molto.

Mi sembra un po' abbondante per essere la nuova CC e come linea non sembra tipo "coupè quattro porte" come l'attuale: mere impressioni personali.

L'abitacolo è stato allungato per far posto al nuovo defeat device + relativo reparto ingegneri

 

 

P.s. notare l'assenza di finestrini nel comparto ingegneria, accorgimento che limita l'entità della sospetta scia di fazzolettini sporchi..
