Boeing Never Fully Tested the Design of the Dreamliner Battery That Caught Fire (Update)

The interim report from the Airworthiness investigation team found that while the companies each performed thousands of hours of testing on the battery system's components, none of the companies could produce proof that they'd performed "complete life-cycle tests" on the entire assembled battery system. In other words, nobody put the whole the whole thing together and tried to make it fail.

p.s. tutti a pensare "hanno sbagliato il progetto" e poi si scopre che POTREBBE essere banale "negligenza"

Infatti la negligenza è sempre l'ultima cosa alla quale si pensa (qualsiasi sia l'ambito del quale si parla), sopratutto perché si parla di professionisti e quindi di persone che non dovrebbero essere negligenti.
