Katla - Unleashed Katla is the debut creation from Giamaro Automobili — the first physical embodiment of everything we stand for. At its core beats the Giamaro Automobili V12 quad-turbo — an engine of pure intent. With 1,670 PS at 8,500 rpm and 1,556 Nm of torque, it unleashes a surging crescendo of mechanical emotion. In its most extreme configuration, it climbs to 2,157 PS at 9,000 rpm and 2,008 Nm of torque, releasing a raw, visceral, and primal force.

A Heart Like No Other This is no reimagined classic. It’s a completely new creation: a 6,988 cc, 120° hot-V quad-turbo V12, designed for perfect balance and crafted to achieve pure dynamic performance.

More Than An Engine The unique 120° architecture lowers the centre of gravity, while the longitudinal mid-mounted position and rear transaxle deliver a 42:58 weight distribution— the ideal foundation for instinctive, precision handling.

The Shape of Speed Katla’s silhouette doesn’t whisper speed — it radiates it. Its proportions are deliberately rear-biased, a visual echo of the V12’s physical dominance. The surfaces blend taut tension with athletic grace, shifting from sinuous to sharp in a heartbeat. From certain angles, it looks almost too powerful to stand still — designed to feel fast, even at rest.

Unleashed Every detail carries aerodynamic intent, guided by a drag coefficient of just 0.33. Square front intakes nod to jet fighter afterburners. The LED DRLs amplify the technological presence, framing the experience with piercing clarity. The top view of the dash mirrors the bonnet — exterior and interior speaking the same sculptural language, as if power flows from outside in.

When Emotion Shapes Form At the rear, a dynamic, variable-load wing commands attention, adjusting its height and angle in real-time, responding to speed, trajectory, and lateral forces. A system that maximizes downforce when necessary and transforms into an aerodynamic brake during deceleration, ensuring unwavering stability and control. The dramatic rear, with its flame-like lighting signature, leaves a lasting impression even before ignition.

The One-Piece Monocoque Beneath Katla lies a carbon-fibre monocoque — featherweight, unyielding, engineered without compromise. Weighing just 170 kg, it delivers over 40 kNm/deg of torsional rigidity and more than 16 kN/mm of flexural stiffness - a silent force that shapes every moment with absolute precision. Around this structure, every component is suspended with intention — not just to support, but to elevate. This is the foundation of Katla’s poise, agility, and strength. A lightweight fortress, crafted to sharpen every response, heighten every sensation.

Intelligence in Motion The suspension is active and intelligent. Electronically adjustable dampers work in real time, adapting to the surface, speed, and driving mode — just like the fully adaptive rear wing, which continuously fine-tunes downforce and efficiency. Ride height adjusts automatically to balance aerodynamic efficiency and everyday usability.

Machined to Perform All suspension components — double wishbones, arms, uprights, third-element links, even the rear supports — are CNC-machined from solid 6062 T6 aluminum alloy. This high-strength, low-weight composition reduces unsprung mass and elevates steering clarity, letting the road speak directly to your fingertips.

The Embrace of the Interior Slip into Katla’s cockpit and you don’t just sit — you strap in. Inspired by aviation, without falling into imitation, the cabin architecture cocoons the driver with purpose and ergonomic precision. The central console, shaped like a fighter jet command panel, places every function within fingertip reach, in perfect harmony between instinct and engineering.

Details That Speak To The Soul The materials — carbon fibre, aluminum, and refined textile weaves — aren’t chosen for show, but for connection. Every surface, every control, every detail serves a single principle — to enhance the experience. Lively stitching draws the driver’s gaze, almost anticipating their intentions. Here, beauty is not a distraction — it is immersion.

Designed To Merge With The Driver’s Body And Senses This is a space that doesn’t merely host — it listens, responds, and engages. It flows with your body, echoes your thoughts. Stepping into Katla begins a quiet, profound, and genuine dialogue between human and machine.
