E' un effetto degli accantonamenti necessari per pagare le class-action/multe oppure le vendite, apparentemente sostenute in Italia, sono anche quelle un falso? O siamo solo noi a fare finta di niente mentre in altri paesi VW ha avuto il tracollo?

In Europe the Certification/Homologation is done by the national authorities.
It means that a car maker can choose one of the 28 (for the moment the UK is in) authorities and pass the tests approved and requested by the European Comission. The Certification/Homologation released is mandatory recognized by all the EU members.
The easiest and fastest way is to pass it in Spain, Luxenburg, Germany or Holland. The most difficult is to do it in Italy, France and Sweden.
The vehicles have been Certified/Homologated in Italy and the "Italian Transport Minister Graziano Delrio said in June that Fiat diesel engines had been tested and found to comply with emissions regulations".
Full stop.
There is nothing else to say or to write.
It will be much better for Mr. Dobrindt and KBA (which is the one who released the VW Certificates) to focus on the big problem (VW) they have in house and for which we are still waiting (a year have passed already) a report.

Non concordo sulla reputazione, che non può venir da leggende metropolitane ma da fatti ben poco contestabili, anche se di recente contraddittori. 
Farei altresì notare che qui non si tratta dei TEDESCHI, bensì dei tedeschi di VW che terrei ben distinti dai tedeschi di MB e BMW ed altri ancora: son loro ad aver fatto la figura dei cioccolatai. 

VW fa il suo lavoro, ovvero tenta di limitare i danni dopo essere stata sgamata. Comprensibilissimo

 

Il problema è che l'attacco, pure un po' sconclusionato, arriva dalla KBA che è diretta emanazione del ministero dei trasporti, organo che peraltro ha certificato le prove farlocche della vw stessa. 

 

I Krukken di Bmw, ad esempio, nello stesso test che ha sgamato VW, sono riisultati in regola.

Ma c'è da dire che questo accanimento della Kba, sta risultando davvero fuori luogo (e sto edulcarondo ciò che penso... ).
